Greene County Human Services is a Block Grant funded county. One of our Block Grant Priorities was the development of a database system for each Block Grant Category. This database system has been developed to better track individuals served in each category. This database has become a central hub, enabling us to click a button to get data, which saves us significant time. At any time we can call on Matthew if issues arise and get a response immediately. This data management system has brought us into a new age.

We were able to drastically improve our processes with this customized, user-friendly system that stores data and pulls custom reports on demand. The system is simple enough that program staff of all IT skill levels are able to easily navigate, add data, and pull reports. These improvements reduce the time it takes to complete reporting and allow us to maintain data in an organized and secure space. They are consistently available to troubleshoot any issues and assist in both development of new tools as well as continuous improvement initiatives related to current tools. They have developed how-to guides and provided web-based training when new tools are implemented to ensure all users are capable and comfortable.
